Ronny Costi is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Director of FRontier Growth and Innovation at ICL Group, since September 2023, where Ronny spearheads strategic business development and innovation in the Flame Retardants sector. Previous positions include Chief Technology Officer at SlideTro LTD and Group Leader for R&D Microelectronics at Landa Labs, where Ronny managed multiple R&D teams.
