Shay Shemla has a background in industrial engineering with a degree in Project Management from SCE - Shamoon College of Engineering, completed in 2019. Currently serving at ICL Group since July 2022 in the role of Production and Planning Control and Project Management Officer, Shay previously held positions at Rotem Industries in the Radiation Detection Division, starting as Production Planning Control from June 2020 to March 2021, and then advancing to Production Planning Control Manager from June 2021 to July 2022.
