Gal Greenberg

Gal Greenberg has extensive experience in organizational development and training, currently serving as the Head of the Research and Development of the training department within the Israeli Air Force since November 2015. Prior to this, Gal worked as an Organizational Consultant at Mahut Israel from July 2012 to December 2015, focusing on diagnosing organizational needs and implementing hands-on interventions to enhance crisis management capabilities. Gal's earlier role as an Information Systems Implementer and Team Leader at Nextep involved system implementation and customization in accordance with international standards. Academically, Gal holds a Master's degree in Organizational Consulting and Development, along with a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences, both from The College of Management Academic Studies.
