Raz Mottes

Raz Mottes is an experienced RF Embedded System Engineer currently leading a software engineering team at the Israeli Air Force since March 2020, collaborating with experts at Elbit Systems. This role encompasses the development of real-time RF embedded systems, advanced algorithm implementation, extensive data research in signal processing, and system integration with rigorous RF lab testing. Prior to this, Raz served as a Physics Researcher at A.L.E.O Lab from September 2019 to November 2022 and participated in a prestigious research program for outstanding students at the Jerusalem College of Technology from September 2018 to September 2019. Raz holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Electro-Optics Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Jerusalem College of Technology, completed in 2019.
