Yaron Tal

Yaron Tal serves as the Chief Legal Counsel and Executive Vice President at Migdal Capital Markets since April 2011, with extensive experience in securities and corporate law. In addition to this role, Yaron holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the Israeli Air Force as a reservist. Previous positions include Partner at M. Firon & Co. from March 2006 to March 2011, where Yaron provided legal advice to public companies and institutional investors, and served as Chief Legal Counsel at Shikun & Binui and Dan Company For Public Transportation Ltd. Yaron began a legal career as a Senior Associate at Shinar, Shachor, Weisberger Law Office. Yaron earned an LLM and an LLB from Tel Aviv University, completing the latter in 1997 and the former in 2001.
