Human Resources and Recruiting Team

The Human Resources and Recruiting Team at the Israeli-American Council (IAC) is responsible for acquiring, developing, and retaining the talent necessary to advance the organization's mission of serving and empowering the Israeli-American community. This team oversees employee recruitment, benefits, payroll, and compliance with labor regulations. They also cultivate a positive organizational culture and support national programs and events to ensure all staff are aligned with the IAC’s values and goals.
