Kristen Hildreth

Kristen Hildreth serves as the Assistant Vice President for Government Relations and Strategic Partnerships at the Recycled Materials Association, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Kristen Hildreth was employed at the National Conference of State Legislatures from July 2016 to October 2023, where responsibilities included advocating for state interests on federal policies related to agriculture, energy, environment, and transportation. Kristen Hildreth held various positions within the organization, including Senior Legislative Director, Legislative Director, Associate Legislative Director, Policy Specialist, and Policy Associate. Earlier experience includes serving as Legal Coordinator and Policy & Political Affairs Coordinator at the Human Rights Campaign from February 2014 to July 2016. Kristen Hildreth earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from The George Washington University between 2010 and 2014.
