Wael Abdel Ghany, Ph.D., has extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental management across various sectors. Currently serving as Chairman, Co-founder, and Board Member of ISS Energy since May 2021, and as Founder and CEO of Intelligent Safety Solutions since July 2017, Wael holds leadership roles that emphasize strategic safety solutions. Previous positions include Chief QHSSES Manager for the MENA region and Country Manager at China Three Gorges Asia Africa Limited, and a notable tenure at Halliburton, where Wael advanced through multiple roles, including Northern Gulf Sr. HSE/SQ Manager and Eastern Hemisphere HSE/SQ Integration Manager. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Health and Safety from Cairo University and various certifications in quality management and safety auditor training.
