Liz Benison

Liz Benison serves as the Group People and Technology Officer and Chief People and Transformation Officer at ISS A/S since May 2021, contributing to the Executive Group Management Board and overseeing operations in the UK and Ireland. Previously, Liz held positions such as Independent Non-Executive Director at Openreach, where leadership included chairing the remuneration committee, and Managing Director for Mainland Europe at Arriva Group, focusing on market growth across multiple countries. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Executive Officer for Serco’s UK & Europe division, Regional GM & President at DXC Technology, and various roles at Capgemini, Xansa, Druid Group PLC, Ford, and Jaguar. Liz holds a BEng in Production Engineering & Management from the University of Nottingham.
