MacIej Wasek

Maciej Wasek is a finance executive with extensive leadership experience in the facility services industry. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer for Northern Europe at ISS A/S since March 2023, Wasek oversees finance and performance for a key region employing over 70,000 individuals. Prior to this role, Wasek held various positions at ISS Facility Services Polska from July 2007 to August 2023, including CEO for Poland and the Baltics, Country COO, and Chief Financial Officer. Responsibilities during this tenure encompassed general management, strategic development, and oversight of critical financial functions, including M&A and strategic planning. Wasek's educational background includes degrees from prominent institutions such as IMD, Stanford University Graduate School of Business, INSEAD, and the Warsaw School of Economics, where Wasek earned a Master's degree in Management and Marketing, among other qualifications.
