Marek Wierzbicki

Marek Wierzbicki is an experienced IT management professional, currently serving as the IT Global Service Delivery Manager and IT Global Incident Manager at ISS A/S since August 2021. Responsibilities include establishing IT policies, monitoring compliance, analyzing incident trends, and acting as an escalation point for major incidents. Previously, Marek held multiple roles at Atos from June 2016 to July 2021, including IT Critical Incident Manager and IT Incident and Configuration Manager, focusing on incident resolution, process adherence, and liaising with technical support teams. Marek is also the founder of Marek Wierzbicki Fenris, having operated as an IT Incident and Change Coordinator from March 2011 to February 2014.
