Michael Nicely, NREMT, serves as the Regional HSEQ Manager for ISS A/S, managing and implementing health, safety, and environmental programs for over 80 locations in the USA and Canada since July 2022. With a robust career in HSE management across various organizations, including ISS Facility Services, DEPCOM Power, and Bosch Security Systems, Michael has a proven track record in developing safety programs, monitoring performance metrics, conducting audits, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Educational qualifications include multiple emergency medical technology certifications, OSHA training, and an AAS in Computer Integrated Drafting and Design. Michael's expertise spans incident investigation, training facilitation, and vendor management, establishing a strong safety culture within organizations.
