Ruchir Gupta, MRICS, MCR, currently serves as Vice President of Operations at ISS A/S since October 2023. Prior to this, Ruchir held the position of Vice President for Administration, IT, Employee, and Workplace Solutions at Unacademy from October 2021 to October 2023, and served as Senior Manager for Global Workplace Solutions at Adobe from January 2014 to September 2021. Ruchir has extensive experience in facilities management and operations, having been Sr. AVP and Location Head at EXL Service from November 2010 to January 2014, where significant savings were achieved through vendor management and operational efficiency. Additionally, Ruchir led facilities planning and management while at EXL Service from March 2002 to September 2008 and managed overall restaurant operations at Pizza Corner India from July 1999 to February 2002. Ruchir holds a PGDBM in Business Administration from IMT Ghaziabad and a Diploma in Hotel Management from IHM Goa.
