Howard Chapman

Howard (Skip) Chapman is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in sales and program development within the public sector. Currently, as Senior Director of Sales and Programs for Public Sector Markets at Fortra, Chapman focuses on scaling the Public Sector Sales Team and go-to-market programs for integrated cybersecurity solutions. Previous roles at Fortra include Director of Federal Sales, where strategic initiatives were implemented to manage enterprise security risks. Additionally, Chapman has served as Vice Chair and Corporate Advisor at GlobalWatch Technologies, where leadership in international government-focused sales programs and cybersecurity expertise was provided. As the founder and past president of ISSA-NOVA, Chapman contributed to the information/cybersecurity professional community. Prior experience includes managing international sales programs at MissionTEQ and leading sales efforts for PKI technologies and identity and access management at Conclusive Logic, Inc. Chapman holds a BSBA in Business Management, Marketing Management, and Engineering from Old Dominion University.
