Shaun Cornwall

Shaun Cornwall has extensive experience in educational leadership and teaching, currently serving as the Cougar Ridge Principal in the Issaquah School District since August 2013. Prior roles within the district include Assistant Principal at Creekside Elementary, Dean of Students at Newcastle Elementary School, and Special Education Administrator for the Extended School Year program. Shaun's teaching background includes positions as a Multi-age Science and Technology teacher at Clark Elementary School and a 5th-grade teacher at Sacajawea Elementary School in the Caldwell School District. Additional experience encompasses serving as a classroom teacher at Shepardson Elementary School in the Poudre School District and Ashland Ranch Elementary School in Gilbert Unified School District. Shaun holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Washington State University.
