Emily Young

Emily Young is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in employee lifecycle management, talent development, and organizational strategy. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Issuer Direct Corporation since March 2022, Emily previously worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at the Housing Authority of the County of Wake, where responsibilities included launching the HR department and focusing on talent development. Prior to that role, Emily was the Human Resources Manager at PARACLETE XP SKYVENTURE LLC, contributing to the startup of the HR department and overseeing training and performance management. Emily holds a Master of Research in Youth, Family and Community Sciences from North Carolina State University, a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Campbell University, and an Associate of Arts from Fayetteville Technical Community College.
