Dr Amanat Hussain

Dr. Amanat Hussain is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations, focusing on business change, digital transformation, and strategic management. As Executive Chairman at Issured Limited since November 2018, Dr. Hussain has driven safe city initiatives and integrated command and control systems. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at BlueLight Global Solutions, contributions included managing the City Futures Transformation Programme for the City of London Police and overseeing financial aspects of security projects. Other notable positions include Strategic Advisor to Abu Dhabi Police, Safe City Consultant for NADRA in Pakistan, and key roles in safe city projects in Nairobi, Mombasa, and Lahore. With a Doctor of Business Administration in Change Management and an MBA in Management from the University of Hull, Dr. Hussain's expertise lies in stakeholder management, programme management, and operational design.
