Elena Novikova

Elena Novikova has a diverse range of work experience spanning several companies and roles. Elena began their career in 1987 as a Master of Engineering at the Design Technological Institute of Digital Techniques. From 1997 to 2000, they worked as a Bookkeeping Economist, Controller, and Administrator at Unicon+ / Юникон Плюс. Elena then served as a Mathematics Teaching Assistant at Växjö University from 2005 to 2006. Elena joined Åkeva AB in 2008, where they worked as an Accounting, HR, and IT Administrator until 2011. In 2011, they had a brief stint as an Accounting Administrator at Dzha Works AB. From 2012 to 2013, Elena worked as a Business Controller at Wikan Personal AB. Elena then joined GMV Sweden in 2013, where they held the positions of CFO & HR Manager and CFO & HR Manager until their departure in 2020. Elena's most recent role is currently as Group Controller at IST Group, where they have been employed since October 2020.

Elena Novikova's education history begins in 1981 when they attended Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (National Research Nuclear University) for their Bachelor's degree in Civilingenjör / Master of Engineering. Elena completed this program in 1987. In 1997, Elena attended Sibirien affärsfackskola and obtained an exam in accounting control. From 2002 to 2006, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Mathematics / Applied Mathematics at Växjö University. Additionally, in 2006-2007, they undertook a KY-utbildning at Göteborgs universitet & Sensus, specializing in International Project Coordination.
