Janne Veng Hansen

Janne Veng Hansen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 1995, they began their career as a Marketing Consultant at Post Danmark, where they later became a Sales Manager in the Key Account Department and eventually the Head of Customer Service, managing a team of 15-30 employees.

In 2008, they transitioned to the position of Chef konsulent at Post Danmark before taking on the role of HR Forretningspartner, where they were responsible for coordinating and implementing HR activities in the Distributionsenheden division.

From 2012 to 2014, Janne served as the Stabschef in Distribution at Post Danmark, overseeing strategic planning and development. Janne also held the position of Chef for Support og Bæredygtighed at PostNord Danmark in 2014, focusing on communication and support in the production department.

Afterwards, Janne joined PostNord i Danmark in 2015, initially as the Chef for Virksomhedsoptimering before becoming the Head of Performance Automation & Projects. In these roles, they were responsible for personnel management, leading projects, and developing new solutions and production models.

Most recently, in 2019, Janne began working at IST Group as the Chef for the Support and Consultancy department, where they focus on developing and optimizing customer interactions and collaboration with the IT development team.

Throughout their career, Janne has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive innovation, optimize processes, and lead teams, making their a valuable asset in various business areas.

Janne Veng Hansen has a diverse education history. In 1991, they attended Handelsskolen i Ballerup and obtained a degree in Market Economist, which they completed in 1993. Janne then pursued further education and obtained a HR-Management Diploma from Københavns Handelsskole, Ishøj between 2001 and 2003. In 1997, Janne completed a Management Diploma through internal training at Post Danmark.

In 2009, Janne attended Implement/Confex and earned a Lean Manager degree. Janne further enhanced their knowledge in Lean Management by completing a Lean Manager course at Via University College in 2011. Additionally, in the same year, they attended Campus Vejle to become a Lean Manager and completed a course in Lean Ledelse.

Continuing their professional development, in 2015, Janne enrolled at ISO-Academy for a Lead Auditor Course in DS/EN ISO 9001:2008. Finally, between 2017 and 2018, they participated in the TopTalent Program at PostNord & Mannaz, focusing on Organizational Leadership.
