Kathrine Engebretsen

Kathrine Engebretsen has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 2005, they worked as a Teknisk kundekonsulent and Porteringsansvarlig 1.linje at Telio, providing technical customer support for IP-telephony and handling porting responsibilities. From 2006 to 2007, they were a Leveranseansvarlig at Phonect AS, serving as an Avdelingsleder for the delivery department and handling sales and support tasks. In 2007, they briefly worked as a Logistikkansvarlig at Telipol AS, managing logistics for mobile telephony and IP and broadband services.

From 2008 to 2009, Kathrine worked as a Personalkonsulent at Adecco Norge, responsible for personnel matters. Kathrine then worked as an Administrasjonssekretær at Folkeuniversitetet ØST from 2009 to 2011, managing administrative tasks.

In 2012, Kathrine started their employment at Oslo kommune, initially as a Baseleder and later transitioning to the role of Stedfortredende AKS-leder/Baseleder/Prosjektmedarbeider/Webredaktør from 2013 to 2017. Kathrine'sresponsibilities included being a pedagogical leader, handling projects, and managing web content.

Furthermore, they worked as a Kontaktlærer at Oslo kommune from 2017 to 2019, where they also undertook teaching and planning duties for various subjects. Additionally, they held the positions of Verneombud and Tillitsvalgt at IST Group from 2019 onwards, contributing to the implementation of efficient IT solutions and providing support and guidance to the company's clients.

Kathrine Engebretsen completed their Bachelor's degree (185 studiepoeng) in Pedagogikk med fordypning i sosial- og veiledningspedagogikk from the University of South-Eastern Norway in 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Høyere profesjonsutdanning i reiseliv at Wang Handelsskole from 2001 to 2002.
