Simon Ha

Business Controller at IST

Simon Ha has a diverse work experience, starting from 2013 with their role as a co-founder of Ledarskapscafét, a seminar arrangement at Blekinge Tekniska Högskola. Simon was employed by StudentRegion Blekinge as an advisor and moderator for conferences discussing leadership challenges within organizations.

In 2014, Simon joined Volvo Construction Equipment as an engineer for a thesis-project in research and development. Simon worked on researching and developing a new product and business model for the emerging market segment of urban mining. This project was a collaboration with Stanford University and Blekinge Institute of Technology. Simon was involved in business planning, product design, and rapid prototyping.

In 2016, Simon began working at IST Group as a Business Controller. In this role, they served as a company culture ambassador and was responsible for business intelligence design and development, enabling sound decisions in product, sales, and financials. Simon also took on executive assistant duties.

During the same year, Simon also worked at Krinova Incubator & Science Park as a concept developer for product development.
