Mohamed Hamza

Mohamed Hamza has a strong background in system engineering and voice system engineering. Mohamed has a wide range of experience with Cisco UCCE and PCCE solutions, including installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance. Mohamed has extensive knowledge of voice, data, and video communication technologies, as well as contact center technology concepts. Mohamed has served in various roles throughout their career, including as a System Engineering Technical Lead, System Engineer Team Lead, and Senior System Engineering at IST Networks. Prior to that, they worked as a Voice System Engineer at ECCO Outsourcing, where they were responsible for the installation, configuration, implementation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrade of Cisco Contact Center solutions and applications. Mohamed is also experienced in providing training sessions and generating technical documentation.

Mohamed Hamza holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Helwan University Cairo. Mohamed also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Paris ESLSCA Business School. In addition to their degrees, Mohamed has obtained several certifications, including Sprinklr CCaaS Certified, Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert Collaboration (CCIE-C), Unified Contact Center Enterprise Design UCCED, Deploying Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise, Administering Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (AUCCE), Certified Specialist AIX System Administration, and Certified in Linux Professional Institute (LPI101). The years of completion for their certifications range from 2004 to 2023.
