Mostafa Rabie

Mostafa Rabie is an experienced professional in the field of Conversation AI and telecommunications, currently serving as the Conversation AI Practice Manager at IST Networks since August 2015. Rabie has a strong background in implementing advanced AI technologies and managing teams to deliver Genesys solutions across Egypt, the GCC, and Turkey. Previous roles include Genesys Practice Manager and Team Leader, with responsibilities encompassing pre-sales, delivery, support, consulting, and training. Prior to IST Networks, Rabie worked at Vodafone Egypt as a Senior System Analyst, where involvement in large-scale projects and designing customer solutions on the Genesys platform was key. Rabie began the career as a Software Developer at ASSET Technology Group, supporting Vodafone through various enterprise systems. Rabie holds an MBA from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and a BSc in Telecommunications Engineering.
