Wessam Sabry

Wessam Sabry has a strong background in financial management and control. Wessam currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer - IST at Majorel X since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at IST Networks where they served as the Chief Financial Officer starting from January 2020. Wessam also held the role of Financial Controller from April 2018 to January 2020. Before joining IST Networks, Wessam worked as a Financial Controller at ASSM (Sugar industry) from March 2015 to April 2018. Wessam was responsible for creating reports, managing cash flow, providing financial advice, participating in strategic planning, and developing budgets. Earlier in their career, Wessam held the position of head of Budgeting & Costing at Elsewedy Electric from November 2008 to February 2015. Wessam was in charge of annual budget preparation, performance analysis, and feasibility studies. Prior to that, Wessam worked as the Head of Pricing department at Juhayna Food Industries from October 2006 to October 2008, where they prepared performance analysis reports, conducted profitability analysis, and supported the export team. Wessam also has experience working at Unilever as a Senior Management Accountant & Reporting from 2002 to 2006, where they were responsible for monthly performance reporting and preparing external and internal reports.

Wessam Sabry has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Alexandria University, which was obtained from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, they are a certified manager in Business Administration and Management, General from James Madison University, completed in 2010.
