Nicole then worked at Towne Nursing Staff, Inc. from 2009 to 2017, holding positions such as Staffing Coordinator, Home Health Care Coordinator, and Assistant Administrator. In these roles, they managed employees, maintained client relationships, and played a significant role in improving the company's data entry system and corporate compliance. Since 2017, Nicole has been working at ISTA Solutions, first as the Director of Client Services and currently as the Director of Strategic Planning.
