Bastian Pfahl

Bastian Pfahl is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing, finance, and digital strategy across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Venture Architect at ista since October 2020, Bastian focuses on marketing area alignment strategy and operations while leading the establishment of the ista Creative Hub in Berlin. As a Partner at Hotel Landgasthaus Pfahl GbR since January 2017, responsibilities include managing marketing and finance operations. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Product Manager and Senior Content Strategist at innogy SE, where Bastian contributed to digital marketing initiatives and communication strategies for renewable energy. Bastian's earlier career at RWE encompassed positions as Investment Manager in Offshore Wind and Executive Support for CEO/CFO functions, alongside foundational roles as a Graduate Research Intern and intern in the renewables sector. Bastian holds a Diplom in Geografie from the University of Cologne and further education from the EWI - Energiewirtschaftliches Institut at the University of Cologne.
