Nicolas Curatolo has a diverse work experience in supply chain management, operations, project management, and sales. Nicolas started their career as a Sales Representative and Team Manager at ERGO INSURANCE in 2005, where they sold pension insurance services and trained and managed a team. In 2008, they joined Johnson & Johnson as a Key Account Representative, developing customer relationships and acting as a Single Point of Contact for various markets. Nicolas also served as a Network Planner and Supply Chain Project leader for Ethicon, working on process improvement, network enhancement, and new product introductions.

Curatolo then worked at NICOLS as a Demand Planner, responsible for collecting and improving forecasting reports. Nicolas later joined Philips as an FG and Demand Planner, where they collaborated with sales and marketing teams to create reliable forecasts and ensure supply chain accuracy.
