Rob Melfi

Mr. Melfi joins Istari with years of professional consulting experience where he led international strategic business planning and operational change programs for clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industry. He brings extensive experience in strategy development and execution, process analysis and improvement, quantitative and qualitative evaluation of strategic options, and program stakeholder management. He spent three years based in Brussels, London, and the Netherlands focusing on global business strategy for a top US based pharmaceutical company.

Mr. Melfi earned his BS in Global Supply Chain & Operations Management from the University of South Carolina. He is a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt and is certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) by APICS.
