Sean P. Nolan

Sean P. Nolan brings an array of experience to the Istari board from his time as President and Chief Executive Officer, and as a member of the Board of Directors of AveXis, Inc. leading up to its acquisition by Novartis. Prior to Joining AveXis, he was the Chief Business Officer of InterMune, Inc., Chief Commercial Officer at Reata Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and held numerous management positions at Ovation Pharmaceuticals, Inc., which was acquired by H. Lundbeck A/S in March 2009.

Mr. Nolan holds a BA in biology from John Carroll University. Mr. Nolan currently serves on the board of directors of Aquinox Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and serves as Chairman of Encoded Therapeutics.
