Tracy Li

Tracy L. is a seasoned professional in the fintech and blockchain sectors, currently serving as Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Istari Ventures since 2021, where the focus is on investing in early-stage blockchain-based startups aimed at transforming the global financial system. Prior to this role, Tracy was a Principal Product Manager at Circle and Head of Product Operations at PolySign, Inc., which was acquired by Ripple. Experience also includes a position as Sr. Product Manager at Coinbase and Product Manager at Unity Technologies. Tracy founded and led ModSpot as CEO from 2013 to 2016 and held product management roles at Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. and business development at Pacific Western Bank. Tracy holds an MBA from San Francisco Bay University.
