Annukka Juntunen

Annukka Juntunen is an experienced ICT professional with a background spanning over two decades in various technical roles. Currently, Annukka serves as an ICT Service Desk Specialist at Istekki Oy since June 2022. Previously, Annukka worked at OYS - Oulun yliopistollinen sairaala as an Information Technology Help Desk from October 2020 to June 2022, and at Posti Group Oyj as a Service Desk Specialist from March 2014 to April 2020. Early career experience includes positions as a Design Engineer and Project Engineer at Elektrobit (EB) and a Software Test Engineer at Nokia Siemens Networks. Annukka holds a degree in Business Information Technology from Oulu University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Manufacturing from Kajaani University of Applied Sciences.
