Arttu Salonen

Arttu Salonen has extensive experience in project management and ICT roles, currently serving as Tuotantopäällikkö and Muutospäällikkö at Istekki Oy since April 2019. Previously, Arttu held the position of Projektipäällikkö at Lapin Liitto, focusing on ICT preparations for Lapland, and served as Projektipäällikkö within the Rovaniemen kaupunki's IT department. Additional roles include ICT-suunnittelija at Lapin Maakunta and Project Manager at Lapland University of Applied Sciences, where teaching responsibilities in project-related courses were also undertaken. Arttu's entrepreneurial experience includes running HeartBurn tmi. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Social Sciences and a Bachelor's in Software Engineering from the University of Lapland and Rovaniemi University of Applied Sciences.
