Kristo Jokela

Kristo Jokela has extensive experience in end user services and customer support, currently serving as the Director of End User Services at Istekki Oy since August 2014, where responsibilities include managing production accountability for end user customer services, onsite support, and device management. Prior to this role, Kristo held multiple positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, including Director of Customer Service and Quality & Development Manager, focusing on service desk operations and support processes. Additional experience includes service delivery management at the University of Eastern Finland, a junior researcher role, and software development at ActiveSoft Oy. Kristo holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Eastern Finland, earned between 2008 and 2011.
