Marika Jakobsson

Marika Jakobsson is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service management and project management. Currently serving as a Konsultti at Istekki Oy since August 2022, Marika previously held the position of IT Service Integration Manager and IT Service Manager at Valmet from September 2016 to August 2022, where responsibilities included managing tools such as M-Files and Jira+Confluence+Stash. Marika's career began at Nokia, where various roles were undertaken from September 1999 to April 2014, including Project and Service Manager, PLM specialist, and Final Assembly specialist. Prior experience also includes serving as a Project and Service Manager at Microsoft from April 2014 to August 2016 and conducting research at Tampere University of Technology from January 1998 to August 1999.
