Roger Haarklau

Roger Haarklau has extensive experience in the manufacturing and service industries, currently serving as a Mechanical Assembler at Isthmus Engineering and Manufacturing Co-op since November 2021. Prior to this role, Roger held the position of Group Lead Tool & Die Maker at Madison-Kipp Corporation for twelve years. Additional experience includes a brief role as a Cook at The Ridges of Lodi, where Roger prepared meals for residents, and a managerial position at McDonald's, overseeing shifts and operational tasks. Roger holds a technical diploma in Machine Tool Technology/Machinist from Madison Area Technical College, earned between 2008 and 2010.
