Dr. After graduating from Robert College, Kızıltepe completed her undergraduate and teacher education at Boğaziçi University, Department of English Language and Literature; He completed his master's degree in Psychology at the same university. She worked as an English teacher and administrator in various educational institutions for many years. Later, after receiving his doctorate from the University of Exeter in Education, he transferred to the Department of Foreign Languages ​​Education in the Faculty of Education of Boğaziçi University in 1996, and then to the Department of Educational Sciences of the same faculty in 2001. Dr. Kızıltepe held administrative positions at Boğaziçi University such as Advisor to the Rector, Deputy Dean and Head of the Department; He served on various boards and commissions of the university. He founded BÜYEM (Boğaziçi University Lifelong Education Center) Teachers Academy and became the coordinator of the academy, and also acted as the coordinator of the preschool unit of the university. He served as the coordinator of the International Relations Office for a short time. Outside of the university, he worked as a short and long-term academic advisor at various educational institutions. He retired from Boğaziçi University at the beginning of 2020 but continues to teach part-time in his department and as a coordinator at BÜYEM Teachers Academy. Dr. Kızıltepe has various scientific articles and scientific book chapters published in Turkey and abroad (USA, England, Belgium, Netherlands, India, Japan). He has two books published in Turkey, namely Teaching - A Contemporary Approach to Educational Psychology, and Everything About Self-Confidence in Children, which he edited. He also has a book called 'Motivational Issues in Teaching' published by Peter Lang Publishers abroad.
