Raffaele Smaldino

Raffaele Smaldino has extensive experience in administrative and retail management roles. Currently serving as an Amministrativo at ICS Maugeri SpA Società Benefit since March 2018, Raffaele oversees all administrative activities, financial analysis, and inventory management using SAP. Prior to this, Raffaele worked at SEPHORA as a Specialist, supporting store management and ensuring performance targets were met. Raffaele also held various positions in retail, including Store Manager at Scarpamondo and Sales Supervisor at Michael Kors, focusing on customer service, KPI monitoring, and staff training.
