Federico Ferretti

Federico Ferretti is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in various high-profile roles across renowned companies and educational institutions. Currently serving as the Head of the Milan Experience Design Centre at Haier Europe since November 2020, Federico has played a pivotal role in evolving the center into a globally connected hub while mentoring and developing design teams. As a Scientific Coordinator and Full Professor at Istituto Europeo di Design, Federico has structured Master programs focusing on design thinking and innovation. Previous roles include Founder and Head of the Design Innovation Center at Midea Group, Managing Director at Continuum, and experience as a visiting professor at SDA Bocconi. An industrial and product design graduate from Istituto Europeo di Design, Federico has consistently driven innovation and strategic alignment in design for over two decades.
