Simon Bores Llanos

Simon Bores Llanos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment and board governance. As a Co-Founder and Partner at Istria Capital since September 2017, Simon has focused on creating a Europe-based vehicle for investments in search funds. In addition to this role, Simon serves on the boards of several companies, including Link.it, FlyingEye, Water Direct, GHS, Sas THEIA, CarPro Systems, TECLENA, SA, and Tethys SAS. Since May 2015, Simon has been the CEO and owner of Lakut Inversiones, acting as a private investor. Academically, Simon holds an MBA from INSEAD, an LLM in European Law from the College of Europe, and a Licenciatura in Derecho from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
