James Douglas Penley has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. James Douglas began their career at Nationwide in 2009, starting as a Sales Manager before progressing to Sales & Operations Director and eventually Sales Associate Vice President. In 2020, they joined Lamb Insurance Services as the National Director for P&C Marketing & Carrier Relations. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President and Director of Carrier Relations at ISU Insurance Agency Network.
