Richel Echavez - Placino

Richel Echavez - Placino has over a decade of experience in the automotive and manufacturing industries, currently serving as a Service Development Officer at ISUZU MOTORS INTERNATIONAL FZE since May 2017. In this role, Richel focuses on dealer KPI monitoring, customer satisfaction index processes, and dealer service center standardization, while also identifying service activities to boost workshop revenue.
