Cody Cain

Cody Cain, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Administration & Corporate Operations at Isuzu North America since March 2024. Prior to this role, Cody held various positions at Biola University from July 2011 to March 2024, culminating in the role of Senior Director of Facilities Operations. In this capacity, Cody led program management initiatives, including the development of a building renewal schedule and policy updates to enhance knowledge management amid employee turnover. Previous roles included Director of Facilities Operations, where Cody achieved a 5% cost savings in a $4 million operating budget and implemented analytics dashboards to improve service delivery. Other notable positions at Biola University involved overseeing event services, managing a team of full-time and student employees, and enhancing workflows for operational efficiency. Cody holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical/Theological Studies, both from Biola University.
