Inclusive Support Women Association (ISWA) is a community-based organisation serving residents of Bankstown, Canterbury, and surrounding communities in Sydney. Since its establishment in 2015, ISWA has been dedicated to empowering women, children, and youth through social inclusion, community programs, and wellbeing initiatives.

Our work focuses on building stronger communities by providing programs that support personal development, health and wellbeing, community engagement, and access to opportunities.

Through initiatives such as job readiness programs, parenting support, youth activities, wellbeing programs, sports and expression initiatives, and domestic and family violence support, ISWA creates safe and supportive spaces for individuals and families to connect, grow, and thrive.

We collaborate with local councils, government bodies, and community organisations to strengthen social networks, promote equity, and improve the quality of life for people in our communities.

At ISWA, we believe meaningful change begins with community.
