Damon Martin

Damon Martin has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Damon began their career as a Web Developer / SIGINT Analyst in the US Navy in 1993, and later took on roles as a Training Manager / Mission Manager and as a Mission Manager / Web Developer. During this time, they developed, implemented, and maintained access databases, conducted training, and supervised personnel.

After leaving the US Navy, Damon joined CACI International Inc in 2013 as a Program Manager / Senior Web Applications Developer. In this role, they led multiple projects from concept to final implementation, managed project scope, and collaborated with stakeholders to develop project plans.

In 2015, Damon joined ISYS Technologies as a Business Manager / Senior Web Applications Developer. Damon led and managed multiple projects, tracking status, milestones, and assignments. Damon also played the role of a SCRUM Master, coordinating projects, and working with decision-makers and technical staff.

In 2018, Damon transitioned to the role of a Senior Web Application Developer at ISYS Technologies. As part of this role, they design web-based applications following SDLC guidelines, authors frontend code, and operates effectively utilizing Agile Framework. Damon also analyzes project scopes, works cross-functionally with stakeholders, develops project plans, and provides time estimates. Damon has experience in coordinating projects and being involved in all design phases.

Damon Martin earned their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Southern New Hampshire University, where they studied until 2015. In addition to their degree, they have obtained two certifications: a Master Training Specialist (MTS) from the US Navy, which they received in May 2011, and a CompTIA Network ce certification from CompTIA, which they obtained in March 2016.
