Faustin Franco has extensive experience in IT solutions and project management, currently serving as a Senior Analyst at ADNOC Group since May 2019. Franco has held various roles, including Project Manager and Solution Architect at ISYX Technologies, SAP HCM Lead at Sperry Associates GmbH, and SAP Project Lead at BIDCO Oil Refineries Limited Kenya. Prior positions include consulting roles in SAP HCM at KAAR Technologies Pvt Ltd. and IBM, as well as an SAP HR Consultant at Tech Mahindra.
