Meena Advani Aftab

Meena Advani Aftab has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Meena started their career in 1995 as a Deputy Marketing Manager at Godrej - GE, where they successfully launched multiple products and managed marketing and advertising budgets. Meena then moved on to Standard Chartered Bank in 1997 as an Assistant Manager - Marketing, where they were responsible for customer retention initiatives, customer relationship management, and the marketing launch of various banking products. In 2000, Meena joined BNP Paribas as the Head of Payment Systems before transitioning to Taproot Foundation in 2008 as a Project Manager. Meena currently serves as the Recruitment Director at IT Associates, a boutique IT staffing and recruiting firm where they utilize their extensive experience to address talent acquisition needs for a wide range of companies.

Meena Advani Aftab completed their Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Accounting from R A Podar College, Mumbai, from 1989 to 1992. Following that, they pursued an MBA with a specialization in Marketing from the Somaiya Institute of Management, from 1993 to 1995.
