Banmeet Kour

Banmeet Kour has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Banmeet is currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for India, the Philippines, and the United States at IT BY DESIGN since April 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at eClerx from August 2015 to April 2021, where they held the positions of Senior Process Manager - Human Resource and Process Manager - Human Resource. Banmeet also has experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead at IT BY DESIGN from February 2014 to August 2015. Before that, they worked as a Manager - HR Generalist at Albatross Head Hunt from October 2011 to April 2013. Additionally, they served as an Assistant Manager - Human Resources at Ma Foi Randstad from January 2013 to October 2011 and as an Assistant Manager at Zanders from February 2009 to January 2010.

Banmeet Kour completed their Graduation in the year 2005 at the University of Jammu. Banmeet then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at ICFAI University from 2006 to 2007.
