Gaurav Sharma

Gaurav Sharma has extensive experience in project management and IT service management. Gaurav started their career as a Senior Subject Matter Expert at Convergys in 2006, where they utilized coordination and planning skills to achieve results according to schedule. Gaurav then joined Navisite as a Senior System Engineer in 2012, where they followed ITIL guidelines and worked on VMWare infrastructure in the datacenter. At HCL Technologies, they served as an Associate Consultant - Wintel, building strong relationships with internal and external IT service groups and leading organizational level changes. Gaurav also worked at IBM India Private Limited as a Subject Matter Expert - Virtualization and at Fareportal as an Assistant Manager - IT, where they successfully managed change management, incident management, and vendor management, among other responsibilities. Most recently, they held the position of Project Lead - IT at Dhani, where they led various IT projects.
