Kanika Malhotra works as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at IT BY DESIGN since December 2021. Prior to this role, Kanika served as a Human Resources Executive at WEPS from June 2019 to December 2021. Kanika obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Business/Commerce from Panjab University, Chandigarh in 2020, following a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the same university in 2019. Kanika completed Class 12th in Business/Commerce from PML SD Public School, Sector 32, Chandigarh, and Class 10 from Mahbert High School.
