Karan Malhotra

Karan Malhotra has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Karan started their career at Dell in 2008 as a Technical Support Expert, specializing in troubleshooting Dell hardware and software, handling issues related to OEM and third-party applications, and resolving OS-specific issues. In 2012, they joined Tulip Telecom as an Engineer in Network Operations and Technology, where they performed L1 troubleshooting of MPLS circuits, conducted troubleshooting of RF and fiber-based circuits, and utilized negotiation and interpersonal skills to escalate and resolve problems. From 2013 to 2019, Karan worked at Colt Technology Services as a Senior Engineer, contributing to the company for six years. Currently, since 2019, they are employed at IT BY DESIGN as a Senior System Administrator.

Karan Malhotra attended DAV Public School from 1993 to 2001. Karan then continued their education at Punjab Technical University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science. In addition, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from PeopleCert in December 2016.
